The ground rules for using OrbitA. We have tried to keep them short and readable.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using OrbitA you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and at least the minimum age required by local law, to use OrbitA.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use OrbitA to break the law, to harass or harm others, to share someone's location without their consent, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the licence we need to operate and improve OrbitA, and you agree not to post content you do not have the right to share.

Location features

Location features are optional and depend on your device permissions. Only share your location with people you trust, and stop sharing when a meetup ends.

Disclaimers

OrbitA is provided “as is”. Arrival estimates and location data are approximations and may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OrbitA after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
